"Yeah!" say the other thugs, rushing you as one before you have a chance to think twice about the absurdity of their statements. You fall back and join the formation of the Moonbrook Brigade, rushing the thugs in a way not dissimilar from how they just rushed you, the notable exception being that you have a shield and they don't. This lets you not get slaughtered by the thugs on first contact, allowing you to disarm or kill all the thugs with the aid of the Brigade. Having multiple thugs remaining, it falls to you to find out what they know. "So," says Captain Alpert, leader of the Moonbrook Brigade, cutting off your chance to interrogate the thugs by doing it himself, "what do you know?" "Um," says one of the thugs. "We're part of the Defias?" "Yeah," says another, "it's back." "That's about it, I think," says the first, looking at the other one. "Did I miss anything?" "Well," says the other, "there was—" "Yeah yeah yeah we heard that part," says Captain Alpert. "All right, ladies and gentlemen, it now falls to us: if the Defias has reformed, we must INVADE THE DEADMINES!"
