You bolt down the gangplank to the ship you were heading towards when you were suddenly ambushed. The thugs pursue you hotly. You can see a cannon up ahead, but nothing else useful for fighting back.
Forget the cannon. Circle around the thugs and make a break for the Foe Reaper. Fire the cannon at the thugs.
