It's days later now. The Admiral says that Moonbrook hasn't had a mayor for years, making it an easy task for him to get you promoted there. After his fifth visit to you in the last three days, he's finally out of your office, and he's said time and again that you can do whatever you like now. But you still don't know what it got him, or what that leaves you free to do. Your choices are very different from what they were just days ago.
Don't try to get anything more. Be happy that you got what you did. Consolodate it. Use your new status to see if you can learn anything more about what's going on. Now that the Admiral is out of your hair, you can start taking down the Defias. If that was what you were really here for, get on it.
