Once you can get yourself unstuck from the rock, you return to Lou's farm on your way to reporting in to Laine. As you pass Jimb, he asks you, "Hey, did you kill some kobolds for ol' Jimb?"
Tell Jimb you killed the kobolds. Tell Jimb you didn't kill the kobolds. Ignore Jimb and do what you came back for.
