Despite your heavy armor, you manage to catch up with Hope. It's not hard to predict where she's going: the old Defias base in the Deadmines. And given your information on the area, you get there before she does. You might have expected a fight. She doesn't give you one. Instead, she merely berates you. "My father never would have stood for such an injustice!" she says as you bring her back to Sentinel Hill to face her fate. "Whatever you do to me, whether you keep me in confinement or not, the gears are already set in motion. Westfall will see a new dawn with or without me!" Gryan is pretty certain that this solves the mystery you may have come here for, and that Hope just gave herself away as the Defias kingpin.
