Without putting too much thought into it, you create a sort of dry, crumbly bread that doesn't have much substance to it. It's clearly magic, but Imelda doesn't care. It seems though that most of the other hungry refugees aren't right here, though; they've gone off to the main civilization in Westfall, which is called Sentinel Hill.
Go to Sentinel Hill. Finish curing hunger at once. Tell Laine first. See what he has to add to the story.
