EAST Your search centers on an old tower where Defias goons used to meet up, a safe distance from their southern base. It's still full of such meetings. Your sniper skillset keeps you from getting close enough to hear much, but it does let you zoom in on some meetings through open windows. The people meeting here definitely don't want to be watched. There's likely something sinister going on.
Head to the north, where the Furlbrows used to live. Head to the south, where the Defias Brotherhood used to hang out. Report back to Gryan.
